Longtime blogger Mark Evans joins Nortel to take over BuzzboardLongtime blogger Mark Evans is joining Nortel’s team to take over ownership of Nortel Buzzboard. An experienced technology journalist and blogger, Mark is most prominently known for his relentless coverage of Nortel in his All About Nortel blog.
Since its launch earlier this year, Buzzboard - Nortel’s official news blog - has seen tremendous growth in readership. As part of Nortel’s overall strategy to better leverage the panoply of new media platforms like blogs, Mark will add a veteran and impartial view to Nortel’s reporting.
After detailed reviews by Nortel’s corporate communications team, legal council, and a specially appointed messaging advisor, Mark will have complete freedom to cover Nortel’s news as he sees fit.
